The Senior PCBA Manufacturing Technology Engineer ensures that PCBAs are ready for industrialization before series production by driving strong design‑to‑manufacturing alignment and reducing risks early in development. The role focuses on DFM/DFA/DFT, process quality, and process qualification, ensuring that designs are manufacturable, testable, and scalable. It acts as the technical interface between R&D, NPI, Production, Quality, and EMS partners, driving alignment on manufacturing requirements and industrialization readiness.
