You will represent the full range of Quaker Houghton’s products, equipment, and services. /p pIn this role, you will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers—primarily in the metalworking fluids market—while also identifying opportunities to expand services, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth. /p pOur customers’ success is our success. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDevelop business growth across the Lombardy region to achieve sales and margin targets /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels /li liIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction /li liPrepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and value-based sales plans /li liProvide technical advice in collaboration with the Product Application team /li liAlign with Key Account Management teams to support account strategies /li liCollaborate with Fluid Intelligence Solutions, Customer Service, and Technical teams /li liMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments /li liUse CRM and other tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting /li liRepresent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 pWe are looking for someone who brings a combination of commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and relationship-building skills. /p h3Experience background /h3 ul liAround 1–3 years of experience in technical B2B sales environments /li liExperience in metalworking, automotive, or industrial chemical sectors is an advantage /li liExposure to both end users and distributor networks is beneficial /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liEngineering degree (mechanical, chemical, industrial or similar), or equivalent relevant experience /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3Skills capabilities /h3 ul liStrong communication and presentation skills /li liAbility to build trust-based and long-term customer relationships /li liAnalytical and solution-oriented mindset /li liCustomer-focused and results-oriented approach /li liAbility to work both independently and collaboratively /li /ul h3Location /h3 pThis is a field-based role covering Lombardy. Regular travel to customer sites is required. /p h3What we offer /h3 ul liBase salary: €45,000 – 55,000 annual gross.
