The successful candidate will be involved in complex financing transactions, supporting both domestic and international clients. Responsibilities include:Drafting and negotiating banking and finance documentation;Assisting on due diligence matters;Assisting in structuring and executing corporate, real estate, and acquisition finance deals.You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, alongside leading professionals in the field, contributing to innovative legal solutions in a fast-paced and evolving market.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced trainee / qualified attorney with 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance law. The candidate will be actively involved in:Drafting and negotiating amongst others:term sheets and facility agreements;security packages;other finance and ancillary documentation;Conducting due diligence and managing documentation for corporate finance transactions.Immediate availability is required.Key RequirementsAs an experienced Trainee/Associate in the Banking & Finance Team, you will support senior team members in all phases of domestic and cross-border transactions.
