Who We're Looking For: Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and take ownership of their career growth. Minimum 1 year in a sales role (B2 C – B2 B – SDR – BDR) Experience with metrics, targets, and KPIs is beneficial A proactive mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships. Relocation Ready: A willingness to relocate to Malta and commit to a long-term career with Archer Recruitment.
