Office Coordinator
Berlin Packaging, the world's largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier® of glass, plastic and metal containers and closures with 100+ years in the packaging industry, is looking for a talented and motivated Legal Intern to join its EMEA Legal Team.
In this role, you will support the Legal Team across a broad range of legal activities, gaining exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance, day-to-day legal matters and a wide range of legal topics for EMEA.

Key responsibilities:
- Draft and review a variety of national and international commercial contracts, legal documents and business arrangements, including sales contracts, terms and conditions of sales, NdAs, and lease agreements;
- Support in corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters;
- Perform legal research on a wide range of topics;
- Interaction with different functions (e.g. marketing, finance, sales, IT, HR) and coordination with external lawyers, notaries and consultants;
- Support and assist the EMEA Legal Director as needed.
The profile:
- Undergraduate or graduate in a Master’s degree in Law;
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is considered a plus;
- Strong motivation to work in a corporate legal department and start your career with us;
- Flexibility, problem-solving and precision;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to learn and a positive and proactive attitude.
