LoyaltyPlay is our B2B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app publishers. We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher.
Position Overview
As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution, analysis, and optimization of our mobile advertising campaigns. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a data‑driven approach to maximize campaign efficiency, test new ad formats, and efficiently allocate budgets across multiple global networks.
What You'll Do at Mistplay
- Analyze advertising campaign data daily using Google Looker, Excel, and our internal platform to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
- Use performance data to make informed, tactical decisions regarding budget allocation to maximize ROI and scale acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the broader growth team to develop, test, and optimize campaign strategies, structures, and creative assets.
- Monitor and analyze competitive data and mobile market trends to identify new industry opportunities and creative hooks.
- Partner with the team to test emerging ad formats and placements, isolating the variations that yield the highest conversion and user quality.
- Generate regular performance reports and action‐oriented insights to present progress and recommendations to team stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot tracking, performance fluctuations, and delivery issues to maintain high campaign health and key performance metrics.
What You'll Bring to Mistplay
- Open to recent graduates from Economics, Analytics, Math/Statistics backgrounds.
- Advanced analytical skills with extensive hands‑on experience in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and performance analysis.
- Professional fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with a global, distributed team.
- Natural curiosity and a proactive mindset, with an eagerness to stay ahead of mobile ad tech trends and algorithmic shifts.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and an unstoppable "can‑do" attitude when navigating campaign delivery challenges.
- High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail when managing budgets and configuration settings.
- Experience managing and optimizing digital or mobile advertising campaigns is a great nice-to-have (experience with CPM, CPI, and CPL models is highly valued).
- Strong working knowledge of major digital advertising platforms, with experience in one or more of the following: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Reddit Ads, or native platforms like Taboola are great nice-to-haves.
