MBDA Italia è l'azienda italiana che fa parte del gruppo multinazionale MBDA, leader mondiale nel settore dei sistemi missilisticiMBDA rappresenta il primo Gruppo a livello europeo con capacità di produzione e progettazione in grado di coprire l’intera gamma corrispondente alle attuali e future esigenze delle forze armate (terra, aria e mare).All’interno della Direzione “Strategy & Future Growth”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Group EU R&T Business Manager”.Professional experience:Minimum 10y of experienceAccountabilities:To prioritize R&T areas to be developed at EU level, in line with MBDA product / techno Strategy, as well as the R&T Capture PlanTo Interact with the various MBDA Directorates and coordinate at group level National WIN TLs the EU R&T project proposal or development, to keep group coherenceTo Interact with the key EU stakeholders to develop partnerships and joint projects. This includes all negotiations related to Consortia building, WBS and workshare/budget share definitionTo Interact with the various EU institutions (EDA, EU Commission,…) and customers to advocate for MBDA positioningProvide a special focus on the following areas :EDF/EDIP :Monitor, influence, and prepare follow-on of on-going projectsdefine the win strategy for the yearly calls and prioritize/manage bidsPrepare a plan for new R&T / R&D projects to be pushed into EU Commission workprogram, in line with the R&T Capture PlanEDA :To lead participation and influence into Captech Group and various EDA CoI,To propose and develop a plan for Cat.B projects building, and lobby MoDs accordinglyTo monitor, prioritize and influence OB studies call, and act as WTL for any related bidTo position the company into HEDI (EDA Innovation Hub) either directly or via our SME supply chainSupport the Group Head of R&T&I for emerging EU opportunities :EU Brave-Tech : To assess and penetrate this new funding tool, aimed at building R&T partnerships with UkraineEU Transformation Roadmap : To assess and penetrate this new funding tool aimed at agile techno insertion into productsEUDIS : To assess and penetrate, either directly or via our SME supply chainHorizon EU : To assess and penetrate, for dual technologies developmentsEU Acts : To assess and take maximum benefit out of European AI, Cloud and Chips Development ActSkills & KnowledgeGood technological understandingGood knowledge of MBDA products and future capabilities to be developedGood understanding of various National specificities and strategiesGood understanding of EU institutionsEnglish fluentSoft skills:Strong motivationGood negotiation skills“Group” mindsetAbility to manage and align multi-national and multi-cultural teams out of all Directorates.Ability to work in a complex, rapidly changing, and very competitive international environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
