Context: We're looking for a Portfolio PMO to build and lead our Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision-making at scale. As Portfolio PMO, you will establish and evolve a high-performing PMO function, ensuring transparency, control, and consistency across our Professional Services portfolio. You will play a key role in enabling leadership with clear insights, strong governance, and proactive risk management. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement portfolio governance frameworks (status reporting, RAG, escalation paths) Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance (risks, dependencies, financials) Design and own KPI frameworks across delivery, financial performance, and operations Develop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision-making Standardise processes, templates, and tools across regions Ensure data accuracy and a reliable single source of truth Support PS Managers and Project Managers with best practices and governance guidelines Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and maturity Key skills and requirements: 7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or delivery operations Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting environments Strong exposure to governance frameworks, KPI design, and executive reporting Experience managing multi-project / multi-country environments Portfolio governance & reporting KPI definition and performance tracking Risk and escalation management Financial and delivery performance analysis Dashboarding and data modelling (Excel, BI tools) Process standardisation & optimisation Familiarity with PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, , etc.) Professional working proficiency in Italian language Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication French is a plus Mindset Highly structured and analytical Proactive and forward-looking Strong influencer without formal authority Execution- and outcome-driven High level of transparency and integrity Able to operate at both detail and strategic portfolio level What can you expect from us?
