The role will contribute to designing, implementing, and sustaining a structured Process Management Framework, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, and performance across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Design and establish the Process Management Framework – Define and deploy standards, governance, and tools for process mapping, ownership, documentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Guide business on process design and optimization initiatives – Facilitate end-to-end process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), process assessments, and improvement initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Drive process visibility and performance management – Support areas in defining process KPIs (lead & lag indicators), monitoring performance, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Enable capability building in Process Management and Continuous Improvement – Deliver training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to strengthen process thinking and problem-solving capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Business, Engineering, or similar)
Certifications in Lean, Agile or Project Management (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt, PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus
From 1 to 5 years of working experience
Strong process mindset and ability to think end-to-end (cross-functional perspective)
Experience in process mapping and process performance management
Experience in continuous improvement or transformation initiatives
Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.)
Ability to engage stakeholders and drive change across functions
Strong communication and facilitation skills (workshops, trainings, presentations)
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken) B1/B2
Nice to have
Familiarity with tools such as Jira or workflow tools (e.g., WEBCON)
Previous experience as Process Analyst / Business Analyst / CI Specialist / Lean Specialist
Experience in Lean Management (practical application)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
