Reporting to the Head of Enrollment and Student Services, the Educational Counselling Specialist support the promotion of NABA programs, recruiting and counseling candidates and ensuring follow-up throughout the application process. He/She will ensure field feedback on Marketing, Recruitment and Enrollment activities, supporting the organization of on-campus promotional events and ensuring the enrollment and admissions process.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Student‑and results‑oriented, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to targets and deadlines.
Previous experience in education, sales, or customer‑facing roles is a plus
