Together, they aim to redefine the automotive landscape in Italy, offering modern, eco-friendly solutions tailored to the evolving needs of today’s drivers.Job Summary:Jameel Motors Italy is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Zone Manager to support our growing dealer network across both Geely and Zeekr brands.This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing both sales and after-sales performance within an assigned region, acting as the primary liaison between Jameel Motors and its network of dealers.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent retail execution, driving volume and profitability, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, while upholding the distinct positioning and standards of both brands.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned dealers, building strong and collaborative relationships.Manage and drive regional sales and aftersales performance in alignment with national targets and Geely and Zeekr brand standards.Monitor dealer performance through KPIs, conducting regular reviews and identifying areas for improvement.Support dealers in meeting retail, wholesale, and service objectives through tailored action plans.Ensure brand compliance in sales and aftersales operations, including showroom standards, training, and customer experience for both brands.Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, product, logistics, finance) to support dealer needs and initiatives.Provide input on stock planning, order management, and vehicle allocation to optimize availability across the two brand portfolios.Qualifications and Requirements:Up to 6 years of experience within an OEM environment.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving performance targets.Deep understanding of dealer operations, retail processes, and customer service best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across multiple stakeholders.Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and performance reporting tools.Previous experience with multi-brand environments or premium/electric brands is considered a plus.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and occasionally internationally.What We OfferOpportunity to join a fast-growing automotive company and shape a premium EV brand in ItalyInternational exposure with close collaboration with HQ and global teamsCompetitive compensation package and career development opportunitiesThe position is open to candidates of all genders (Law 903/77).#J-18808-Ljbffr
