**HR Generalist
** for our Genoa office.
**The resource, reporting directly to the Site HR Manager, will provide operational and management support in the following activities:
*** Analysis, management, and monitoring of the main People Management phenomena (holidays, overtime, absenteeism, etc.), in order to oversee the performance levels of the plant, in coordination with the HR Business Partners.
* Implementation of the site's recruitment plan, with particular reference to personnel selection and integration, in coordination with the competent HR functions.
* Internal mobility of site personnel, in coordination with HR Business Partners.
* Performance evaluation, development, and incentive, ensuring consistency with company policies and alignment with HR Business Partners.
* Management of plant union relations with the RSU.
* Administrative activities connected to the management of site personnel (presences, business trips...).
* Disciplinary actions and labor disputes, in agreement with the competent Function and the involved Business Partners.
* Implementation and updating of the professional system, organizational models, and demographic and salary information of site employees, in collaboration with the competent functions.
* Implementation of Talent Management and People Development programs at plant level.
**Education:
**Master's Degree, preferably in Economics or Law.Specialized training in HR is a plus.
**Required experience level:
**At least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in personnel management.
**Technical skills and knowledge:
*** Knowledge of personnel administrative processes and in accounting and tax matters.
* Notions of labor law.
* Work performance analysis.
