Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroAbout Tech Pipeline:
Di seguito troverà tutto ciò che deve sapere su questa opportunità e sui requisiti richiesti ai candidati.
We are a fully remote technology and operations consulting firm. Our work is practical: we help businesses untangle the systems, workflows, and integrations that have quietly stopped working the way they should. We are not a product company. We work directly with real clients on real problems, and the people we hire are expected to engage with that work, not just execute tasks from a queue.
The Role:
This role is connected to an active client engagement in Italy. You will communicate directly with an Italian-speaking team, so conversational Italian is an actual requirement here, rather than just a checkbox. You will build and maintain web interfaces, internal tools, and client-facing components that support delivery across the engagement. Part of this is new development. The rest involves picking up current code and making it better. The work is varied. In any given week, you could be connecting a form that feeds a reporting flow, refactoring a messy component, or jumping on a call with the Italian team to clarify what a part of the system is actually meant to do. You will be supported, but never micromanaged. We expect you to own your output, ask questions if anything is unclear, and highlight problems before they become costly.
What You Will Be Doing:
Creating and maintaining web interfaces and UI components for the Italian project
Connecting to internal tools and APIs so data flows where it needs to go
Communicating in Italian with the client team, both in writing and on calls
Ensuring code remains clean, documented, and easy to hand off
Helping with internal tooling that supports how Tech Pipeline runs
Speaking up when something doesn't make sense, technically or otherwise
You need to have:
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Comfortable using at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred, Vue or Angular is fine)
Capable of reading and working with codebases you didn't write
Experience with Git and standard version control workflows
Conversational Italian, both written and spoken
English at a professional working capacity
Nice to have:
Experience with REST APIs or basic backend integration
Understanding of how data flows between systems, not just UI work
Any exposure to a consulting or client-facing environment
We are not looking for someone who has done everything. We are looking for someone who picks things up, takes ownership, and does not need problems explained twice.
What Working Here Looks Like:
Fully remote. Work from wherever you are in Italy. Async-first with video syncs when needed.
Real client work. The Italian project is active and moving, not a backlog of speculative features.
Small team, clear ownership. You will know what you are responsible for.
Room to grow. This is a junior role, but we expect you to grow into more over time. xlwpduy If you are curious about the operations and architecture side of what we do, that is a good sign.
