As Digital Services & ServiceNow Intern, the trainee will join the Corporate IT – ServiceNow Solution Architectures and Projects area.
The internship aims to provide practical experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Now Mobile application and custom applications (No code/low code), supporting the digitalization of internal services.
The trainee will work in project management support, directly in close collaboration with the ServiceNow Demand Manager, contributing to demand analysis, coordination activities and delivery monitoring within the ServiceNow scope.
How can you support us?
Contribute to project management activities within the ServiceNow Demand area, supporting demand intake, task tracking and delivery coordination.
Assist in the coordination of external ServiceNow vendors, supporting the monitoring of activities, deliverables and timelines under supervision.
Support operational and functional activities on ServiceNow modules, contributing to day‑to‑day platform activities and service enablement.
Contribute to Now Mobile initiatives, supporting testing activities, user experience validation and adoption initiatives.
Support ServiceNow platform governance and continuous improvement, contributing to documentation, process alignment, governance forums, testing and documentation related to platform enhancements.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor/Master Degree (completed or about to be completed) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Engineering or similar fields.
Languages: Good written and spoken knowledge in English.
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of IT systems and digital services.
Interest in project management methodologies.
Familiarity with web or mobile applications is a plus.
Strong motivation to learn ServiceNow platform processes and enterprise governance.
Nice To Have
Academic projects, thesis or coursework related to Digital platforms, Project management, IT service management or enterprise systems.
Strong interest in workflow automation tools (ServiceNow), digital workplace and HR flows digitalization.
What else should you know?
This internship does not require frequent travelling and will be mainly based in the Milan office, with possible smart working options according to company policies.
