⚡ Who we are SPEA is a world leader in automatic test equipment for semiconductors and electronic boards. We are looking for an HR Business Partner Specialist to join our HR team, a professional who will act as a strategic point of contact for our departments, supporting business growth through effective people management and organizational development. 🔧 What you will do * Act as a strategic partner for dedicated business units, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring alignment with corporate goals * Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and offboarding * Manage employee relations and provide consultancy on labor law and company policies, ensuring compliance with the Italian Metalmechanic CCNL * Identify training and development needs within the teams, collaborating on talent management initiatives * Contribute to HR projects (e.g., compensation & benefits, organizational changes, internal communication) to enhance the employee experience * Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes 💡 Who we are looking for * Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields * At least 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP or Generalist. * Previous experience in the industrial machinery sector and familiarity with the Italian Metalmechanic CCNL is highly appreciated * Excellent command of the English language (C1 level is required) * Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a high degree of flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, technological environment * Strong interpersonal skills, precision, and a proactive mindset ✨ What we offer * An innovative and cutting-edge environment, working with technologies developed in-house * The opportunity to work in several areas of human resources and experiment within a structured yet dynamic reality * Complex and stimulating projects in contact with multidisciplinary teams * An international context with colleagues from all over the world * A dedicated shuttle service from Volpiano station to our HQ (Via Torino, 16) 💬 The Selection Process Our HR team will review your application and, if aligned with the role, will contact you for an initial interview.
