Company Description Investa Solutions is a Geneva-based boutique that offers access to private equity investments to professional investors — executing 30–40 deals per year across asset classes. We are a small, fast-moving team that runs lean and thinks in systems. Were building our marketing function from scratch, and we want someone who can shape it. Role Description This is a full-time role, initially fully remote but based around Milan. You will own Investas external presence across every channel — from creating an investment teaser to set up a client event - and anything in between. This is not a coordinator role. We want someone who can think strategically about brand positioning in a regulated, institutional context, execute with discipline, and bring genuine creativity to how we keep Investa top of mind with professional investors and partners. We are strong believers in tech and automation, this role will have the opportunity to help build a AI-native marketing machine! What you will do * Own the content and production of investment teasers, one-pagers, pitch decks, and investor presentations — working closely with the deal team on tone and substance * Plan, coordinate, and run webinars and investor events end-to-end: logistics, speaker prep, platform setup, post-event follow-up * Write and send investor email campaigns and newsletters with a clear commercial logic behind each send * Partner with brand agencies to develop and execute brand activation ideas that keep Investa relevant and distinctive in a crowded market — think beyond standard financial services conventions * Build and iterate on marketing automations using AI tools to scale output without adding headcount * Track performance metrics across channels and translate data into actions, not reports * Manage marketing assets across platforms (Canva, MailChimp, etc.) and maintain consistency across brand touchpoints * Identify emerging channels — LinkedIn, short-form video, podcasts, thought leadership — and test what earns attention from professional audiences What we are looking for * Demonstrable experience across both brand and performance marketing — you can write a compelling narrative and read a dashboard with equal comfort * Genuine interest in finance or private equity — you dont need to be an analyst, but you need to be curious about the industry and credible in front of sophisticated investors * A hands-on relationship with AI tools: you use them daily, you know their limits, and you are always looking for the next automation that saves an hour * Strong visual judgment — experience with Canva or similar tools, and an eye for what looks institutional versus what looks amateur * Data-driven instincts: you measure what matters, and you are not satisfied with vanity metrics * A bias toward action and ownership — we are a small team and there is no one waiting to review your calendar * 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in financial services, B2B, or a fast-moving startup context * Fully fluency in English required. Italian and French a very nice to have.
