This is a close and trusted role working directly with the Founder & Creative Director, supporting both professional and personal matters in a fast-moving luxury lifestyle environment. We are looking for someone proactive, hands-on, highly organised, and solution-oriented — someone who takes natural ownership, moves quickly, and genuinely enjoys making life run seamlessly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do * Provide seamless one-to-one support to the Founder & Creative Director with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail * Research, source, and liaise with suppliers, artisans, and service providers, handling negotiations with confidence and good judgement * Organise and oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and schedules * Coordinate meetings, events, appointments, and day-to-day priorities * Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and step in before being asked * Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity * Bring calm, structure, and momentum to a dynamic and ever-changing environment Who You Are * You have at least 3 years’ experience supporting a senior executive or founder * You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken * You are naturally organised, resourceful, and quick-thinking * You stay calm under pressure and adapt easily when priorities shift * You have a strong eye for beauty, detail, and aesthetics, and feel inspired by the luxury, design, and creative world * You are confident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital tools * You are proactive, reliable, discreet, and someone people instinctively trust * A valid driver’s license is required This role is ideal for someone who loves being indispensable, enjoys variety, and takes pride in making things happen beautifully and effortlessly.
