This comprehensive international program immerses you in Bunge’s industrial business, providing practical experience at state‑of‑the‑art crushing, refining, or packaging facilities. You’ll learn regionally as a group and individually through daily operational tasks.

Who We’re Looking For
Graduates with 0–2 years of work experience interested in agribusiness or food production. Typical engineering backgrounds considered: reliability & maintenance, mechanical, electrical, automation, process engineering, chemical, project management, quality, food, manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and environmental sciences.
Enthusiasts with an international attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Good level of English language skills required; local language skills may be required in some locations.
