Dalle campagne pubblicitarie ai contenuti social, trasformerai idee in immagini di impatto che raggiungano e coinvolgano il pubblico.Cerchiamo un/a Art Director con esperienza di almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ideazione ed esecuzione di activation, campagne social e integrate e brand experience.Sono benvenute le candidature di duo di Copywriter e Art Director, ma anche di persone che lavorano da sole.Cosa FaraiSviluppare concept visivi innovativi e soluzioni grafiche personalizzate per una varietà di progetti multi-canale, inclusi digital, social media, stampa, video e altro ancora.Tradurre i brief dei clienti in soluzioni visive accattivanti e di impatto, assicurando un'identità visiva forte e riconoscibile.Presentare le idee ai clienti con sicurezza e chiarezza, partecipando attivamente alle discussioni strategiche.Mantenere un elevato standard di qualità estetica e tecnica in tutti i progetti.Restare aggiornato sulle ultime tendenze del design e della comunicazione visiva.Cosa CerchiamoLaurea in design grafico, comunicazione visiva o discipline affini.Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come Art Director, preferibilmente in agenzia.Portfolio che dimostri una forte capacità creativa e originalità.Ottima conoscenza dei software di grafica (Adobe Creative Suite).Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire più progetti contemporaneamente, rispettando le scadenze.Proattività, flessibilità, capacità di problem-solving e attitudine al pensiero strategico.Passione per il design e un forte interesse per l'innovazione creativa.We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
