From one, to one million, we move beyond nationalities and lifestyles with the same excitement for enjoying life, creating a FARM Rio culture - born in Rio, living around the world.Founded as a small booth at a marketplace in Rio back in 1997, the brand now has more than 100 stores around the country, stores in the U.S. and in Europe.To continue to co-construct the next chapter and beyond, we're looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us in Capri as our Full-Time Key Holder from June to October. We would love to get to know you if you are someone who will be a strong brand ambassador, sharing our values and bringing life to our products.What we´re looking for:Strong communication skillsPositive and enthusiastic and proactive attitudeInterest in fashion and/or arts in generalAbility to engage with clients and create a WOW experienceYou’ll be responsible for:Safely opening and closing the storeAssuring excellent customer service by performing and supporting the teamOverseeing day-to-day operationsHandling returns and customer-sensitive issuesEnsuring store visuals are kept up to date and up to standardsAssuring stock room is being maintained organizedTraining and coaching the teamProviding feedback on a daily basisWorking with store systemsFARM Rio is an equal opportunity employer committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
