We’re looking for a bright, motivated individual eager to kick-start their career and grow with us in an international environment. Join our team at Reschio’s main office, “La Tabaccaia,” where you’ll be trained to take ownership of front office operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop strong communication and organizational skills, and work alongside a collaborative, energetic team that values curiosity and initiative. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, creating a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor and caller. If you’re detail-oriented, people-focused, and excited to learn in a dynamic, multicultural setting, this is a unique opportunity.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Operate the main switchboard with courtesy and precision: answer, screen, and forward incoming calls appropriately;
  • Welcome guests,suppliers, and candidates ensuring a professional and warm reception and guiding them to the correct contact or department;
  • Handle incomingand outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and courier deliveries;
  • Ensure clear, timely, and appropriate communication with team members, adjusting tone and style depending on the audience and context;
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide administrative support as needed;
  • Maintain a calm, tidy, and well-organized front-desk environment.


Main skills and competencies required:

  • Educational background, ideally within an international environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities;
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity to confidentiality;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English;
  • Proactive attitude and be a team player;
  • Proficiency in using IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
