You are a strategic and analytical professional with strong business acumen and the ability to connect AI capabilities with real business value across different industries.Required Technical and Professional Expertise• 4+ years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus, preferably in digital transformation, data, or AI-related initiatives• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications• Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into practical business insights• Cross-industry business awareness and ability to understand different sector dynamics• Experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams• Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and support data-driven decision making• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI technologies, digital transformation, and innovation.The position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Impiegato.The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato).The salary range for the position in Italy is 47.840,00 to 81.380,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
