Stellantis's Product Development & Technology Organization's mission is to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology.The main job responsibilities will be:To work with electrical engineers to design circuit boards assemblies, including MCU, SOC, high voltage, high power, HDI, and high-speed, etc.To design printed circuit boards meeting high-volume production gradeTo lead layout reviews with internal and external teamsTo monitor layout progress and change managementTo work with mechanical engineers on mechanical-electrical packagingTo support quick-turn board builds with PCB contract manufacturersTo release technical documents (BOM, design procedures, design for manufacture, etc.)To release the layout drawings to the various teams and coordinate their layout activities by ensuring compliance with the layout rulesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited universityAt least 4 years’ experience in the layout of high-speed PCBsExperienced in routing high-speed digital DDRx (4 gen minimum) memory interface, PCIe, etc.Experienced with constraints-driven PCB layout methodologyExperienced in building and maintaining design guidelinesPCB layer stack-up designLibrary and Layout review processIPC Standards for Symbol and Footprint creationGerber release processPreferred Qualifications Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (TIER1)Detailed understanding of high-speed digital PCB routing constraints, multilayer PCB constructionExperience with BGA pitch of equal to or less than 0.5mmExperience managing 3rd party layout servicesAbility to participate in schematic and design reviewsJustified experience with leading, animating, and following up on layout design reviewsExperienced with at least 2 CAD tools hereafter for schematic and layout: Cadence, Mentor, Altium, Zuken.
