Main duties and responsibilities:Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departureOpen doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotelAssist with luggage and coordinate with porter staff and concierge as neededMaintain a visible presence at the hotel entrance to ensure safety and orderProvide basic information about the hotel, amenities, and local areaMonitor the entrance for security concerns and report issues promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance areaUphold brand standards, grooming, and uniform appearance at all timesRequirements:Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or a similar role preferredExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional demeanor with a polished and well-groomed appearanceAbility to stand for extended periods and assist with light liftingStrong awareness of guest privacy and discretionWillingness to assist beyond defined duties when needed, and may be required to work on occasions in other departments within the Rooms Division.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays when requiredOutstanding communications in English and Italian both verbally and written Driving Licence BWarm, welcoming, and attentiveCalm under pressure and detail-orientedProactive with a strong service mindsetTeam-oriented and reliableContractual Terms Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
