Role Summary
We are seeking an Intrenational Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio (Custom & Open Programs, Online, Research initiatives, and Masters) across international markets. The role combines strategic market development, key account leadership, solution design with Faculty, and end-to-end sales ownership.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute international go-to-market strategies, building a strong commercial pipeline
  • Design tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations
  • Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders globally
  • Drive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services
  • Strong experience in proposal xlwpduy writing and complex solution structuring
  • Solid understanding of business and organizational dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Fluent English; Italian and other languages are a plus
  • Degree required; Master/MBA preferred
  • Availability for international travel
