For our Milan offices we are searching for a proactive and creative Learning & Development Intern to join our Global Team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission to scale excellence across our global franchise network. You will provide operational and strategic support to the Global L&D team, helping to design and execute structured programs that drive performance for our Franchise Partners and Master Licensees worldwide.

Your Mission

You will be a key player in three core areas:

• E-Learning Management: Managing the platform that enables us to reach our global network.
• Global Instructional Design: Supporting the design of training activities at a global level.
• Measurement & Analytics: Tracking and analyzing L&D performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure real business impact.

What You Will Do

Working closely with the L&D Managers and Instructional Designer (“black belt” of our LMS), you will:

• Program Coordination: Support the rollout of the “Center Programs” and other network-wide initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
• Content & Design: Assist in creating engaging materials—from live workshop presentations to on-demand e-learning modules—using Articulate 360.
• LMS Administration: Help manage our Learning Management System, ensuring content is updated and engaging, while learning the “inside perspective” of a digital learning tool.
• Data & Analytics: Handle databases, extract information, and support the tracking of KPIs to monitor impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations and IT to gather content and ensure training alignment.
• Event Support: Help organize network engagement programs, including committees and conferences.

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in HR, Education, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
• Languages: Advanced English and Italian are mandatory (written and spoken).
• Software: Strong command of Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (storytelling/design).
• Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, “hands-on” environment.
• Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
• Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
