Prestigiosa boutique di consulenza direzionale con sede principale a Bologna e presenza attiva in Lombardia , cerca un BDR motivato e hunter per accelerare la crescita commerciale nell’area Nord Italia (Lombardia).Ruolo chiave: generare pipeline qualificata, aprire nuove opportunità con imprenditori e C-level di PMI e medie imprese nei settori manufacturing, servizi, retail, tech e professional services.
Responsabilità principali:
Prospecting attivo outbound (LinkedIn, email sequence, cold calling, eventi di networking)
Qualificazione lead (BANT / MEDDIC light) e primo contatto consulenziale
Gestione agenda appuntamenti per Partner / Consulenti Senior
Supporto nella costruzione di proposte e follow-up
Reportistica su KPI (contatti, meeting bookati, pipeline value)
Partecipazione a eventi fieristici / business community milanesi
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Requisiti ideali:
Esperienza minima, come BDR / SDR / Sales Developer (preferibilmente in consulenza aziendale, recruiting executive, temporary management, formazione manageriale o servizi B2B complessi)
Ottima dialettica, resilienza al rifiuto e approccio “value first”
Padronanza LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Conoscenza del tessuto imprenditoriale lombardo è un plus importante
Disponibilità a lavorare prevalentemente da Milano/Lombardia (smart working ibrido + presenza in coworking / clienti / eventi)
