WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . You will be involved on digital transformation projects in FS supporting your team across different domains such as: strategy design (i.e. market research and benchmarking, definition of new business / operating models, business planning, …); business analysis (i.e. processes optimization, business requirements’ collection, business specifications drafting, …) and project governance (i.e. project planning, project progress monitoring, coordination of teams of developers, …).
• Technologies used . You will use standard business tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Team work . You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

WE’LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics.
• Valuable expertise . 1-3 years of experience in digital transformation projects in FS as business analyst or PMO. Keen interest in financial services and a strong aptitude for driving innovation. Very good command of English and high proficiency in business tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Keen interest in financial services and a strong aptitude for driving innovation.
• Soft skills . Proven ability to think both creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure or in challenging environments. Collaborative mindset, open to sharing ideas and working alongside others.
