About the Role

We are looking for a VendorMarketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will develop and execute vendor-funded marketing campaigns, typically running in three-month cycles, in collaboration with vendor partners and internal business units. The goal is to drive product visibility, support sales growth, and ensure strong return on marketing investment.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with vendor partners and internal TD SYNNEX business units

• Plan and execute quarterly marketing campaigns aligned with vendor and business priorities

• Negotiate vendor funding for marketing initiatives

• Manage multiple marketing projects within defined timelines and budgets

• Measure campaign performance and deliver ROI reports

• Support campaign content creation including copywriting, editing, and creative input

• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to execute marketing activities

• Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and vendor requirements

• Support administrative tasks such as Proof of Execution documentation

• Collaborate with marketing counterparts across regional teams to share best practices

• Contribute to local, regional, or central marketing projects

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or vendor marketing

• University degree in Marketing or a related field

• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Strong project management and organisational skills

• Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing tools

• Fluent Italian and English required
