Your role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Application Engineer eager to grow in an international environment and contribute to improving production processes. You will be the key link between customer requirements and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and travel to customer sites to provide on‑site analysis and support.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with internal teams to propose and implement process improvements.
• Travel nationally and internationally for on‑site analysis and support.
• Contribute to the development of new technologies in collaboration with R&D.

Main Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a technical environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Highly valued knowledge of ophthalmic lens production processes (hard coating, anti‑reflection, sun coating).
• Preferred previous experience in ophthalmic or solar lens manufacturing environments.
