Today, we're evolving that foundation into an AI-native platform.
Our products help dealer groups and car manufacturers run smarter campaigns, manage complex customer networks, and close more deals through our Spark platforms and a suite of data-rich digital solutions. You're not siloed. You'll move across architecture, implementation, CI/CD, observability, and production ownership - optimizing the entire flow, not just a layer.
AI is not an afterthought here. It is embedded into how we design, code, review, test, and ship software.
You're expected to actively leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot (or equivalents) to:
