Within the Program & Development Team and following its governance and methodology guidelines, the Intermodal Functional Business Analyst plays a key role in the rollout, testing, implementation, and maintenance of our software applications, ensuring alignment with MSC’s strategic objectives and business requirements.

He / she provides leadership and analytical expertise throughout the entire software development and rollout life cycle, ensuring that all deliverables meet business needs, operational standards, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the definition, design, and delivery of local and global software solutions in alignment with the company’s standard processes.
• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between existing agency processes and the standard framework, providing actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation , documentation of use cases , and business rules to support system configuration and development.
• Manage and lead training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for agency teams and stakeholders.
• Support organizational change management at agency (subsidiary) level to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Provide inputs to the headquarters for process standardization and optimization across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Rollout Management Team to monitor progress , track deviations from plans, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Be proactive and pragmatic in identifying solutions and improvements during the implementation phase.
• Produce detailed reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and milestones.
