ANDRITZ Diatec is a leading manufacturer of converting machines for the hygiene and food packaging industries based in Collecorvino in the region of Pescara, Italy. Diatec designs and manufactures a wide range of special machines and technological solutions, mainly for the production of baby diapers and other absorbent hygiene products, but also for food packaging. The job holder is responsible to plan, manage and control the following tasks:

• Product development, configuration, installation and commissioning at the company's and end customer's site (Rockwell / Siemens)
• Reading of the wiring diagrams and use of the tools for analysis of electrical problems, start-up and testing.
• Technical assistance, verification of the operation of the systems and, if necessary, direct interventions in the field for the resolution of failures/malfunctions at the software level.
• If necessary, the technician will train the personnel who will operate it, shows the general characteristics of the machinery, its function and performances, the safety features, and the procedures to be followed in case of failure.
• Participates in compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Execute of special tasks
• As an employer, the company may also delegate other tasks to the holder of the position that correspond to his previous education and skills.
• It is assumed that the job holder is willing to travel worldwide.
• The job holder is obliged to comply with all legal regulations, works agreements, procedural instructions, and ANDRITZ guidelines and specifications, as well as to comply with the applicable compliance regulations of the ANDRITZ Group (ANDRITZ Code of Conduct and Ethics) and requirements for occupational safety, health, and environmental protection, and to take advantage of the regular training opportunities and eLearning courses.
