Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot technical and service issues (dont worry full training provided!)
Keep accurate records and contribute to smoother customer experiences
Work with a young, supportive, and international team
Italian at C2 level and at least B2 English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive mindset, curiosity, and motivation to learn
No experience needed well train you!
Must live in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work possible only within Greece)
