We offer a permanent contract, even if you are a junior professional or a fresh graduated.

Your job: Business Analyst

Play a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and smart software solutions!

You will work closely with SMEs to analyze their business processes, gather functional requirements, and translate them into effective Odoo implementations tailored to their specific goals. From configuring modules to delivering customized training sessions, you will guide clients through every stage of the project lifecycle.

This role offers hands-on experience across multiple industries, combining analytical thinking, client interaction, and practical ERP implementation in a dynamic and growing IT environment.

Responsabilities:

• Implementation of Odoo: analyze client needs, design customized solutions to optimize business process efficiency, and configure workflows to improve the efficiency of client firms.
• Partner Network Management: support and grow the Odoo partner community by contributing to the training, certification and development of the Italian firms.
• Training & Support: share product knowledge and expertise through internal and external training sessions, workshops and events.
• Product Improvement & Development: collaborate with our Product Owners by sharing valuable feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst: from 1 to 3 years of experience
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
• Analytical Thinking: identifies patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
• Project Management: manages timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Technical Affinity: familiar with data analysis tools, Excel, or business intelligence platforms

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in implementing ERP or management software
• Passion for IT
