DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO La Russotti Gestioni Hotels è alla ricerca di un/una Guest Experience Agent per la nostra prestigiosa struttura Milan Marriott Hotel. Entrerai a far parte del team Guest Experience, contribuendo attivamente alla nostra missione: offrire all’ospite un’accoglienza calda, amichevole e disponibile. Il servizio che l’ospite dovrà ricevere dal momento in cui arriverà in struttura, durante tutto il soggiorno fino a quando se ne andrà sarà estremamente importante e strategico. Ogni hotel rispecchia la cultura del luogo che lo ospita e il team di Guest Experience sarà incaricato di creare e coordinare esperienze personalizzate per gli ospiti più esigenti. PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO Competenze e Requisiti Esperienza maturata in uno dei seguenti reparti: Front Office, F&B, Banqueting. Eccellenti capacità comunicative. Capacità di lavorare in team e avere un approccio sempre positivo. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). La conoscenza di un’altra lingua è gradita. Abilità comprovata di interfacciarsi regolarmente con gli ospiti dell’hotel e con i colleghi/responsabili degli altri reparti. Affidabilità, proattività, orientamento a pensare fuori dagli schemi e trovare soluzioni. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office. RESPONSABILITA' PRINCIPALI Accoglierai gli ospiti rappresentando l’hotel con aspetto e uniforme in linea con gli standard Marriott. Dovrai creare un’esperienza memorabile per gli ospiti. Identificherai e gestirai con attenzione i profili VIP, CIP, Marriott Bonvoy Elite Members, HNWI, Media Influencers, celebrità, personaggi pubblici, etc. Dovrai avere l’iniziativa di mettere in contatto gli ospiti con i vari servizi interni ed esterni dell’hotel. Dovrai conoscere i vari servizi offerti dall’hotel ed essere sempre aggiornato/a sulle offerte, promozioni, eventi, menù e sui diversi standard di servizio di ogni area. Dovrai mantenere la riservatezza, proteggere la struttura e i beni aziendali. Conoscerai e rispetterai le procedure interne, gli standard di sicurezza e di emergenza. Completerai reports di richieste amministrative, housekeeping, manutenzione, IT, controllo finanziario e qualità. LA NOSTRA OFFERTA Contratto a tempo determinato con applicazione del CCNL AICA. JOB SUMMARY At Russotti Gestioni Hotels is looking for a Guest Experience Agent for our prestigious Milan Marriott Hotel. You’ll be joining the Guest Experience team, actively contributing to our mission: offer the guest a warm, friendly, and helpful welcome. The service the guest receives from the moment they arrive at the property, throughout their entire stay, until they leave will be extremely important and strategic. Every hotel reflects the culture of the place it’s in, and the Guest Experience team will be in charge of creating and coordinating personalized experiences for the most demanding guests. CANDIDATE PROFILE Qualifications and Skills Experience gained in one of these departments: Front Office, F&B, Banqueting. Excellent communication skills. Teamwork attitude with a positive approach. Excellent knowledge of the English language (both write and speak). The knowledge of another language is a plus. Proven experience in regularly interacting with hotel guests and with colleagues/managers from other departments. Reliability, proactivity, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of the Office suite. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Welcome guests representing the hotel with appearance and uniform in line with Marriott standards. You'll have to create a memorable experience for the guests. Carefully identify and manage VIP profiles, CIP, Marriott Bonvoy Elite Members, HNWI, Media Influencers, celebrities, public figures, etc. You’ll need to take the initiative to connect guests with the various internal and external services of the hotel. Maintain confidentiality, protect the facility and company assets. You will get to know and follow the internal procedures, safety, and emergency standards. You will complete reports on administrative requests, housekeeping, maintenance, IT, financial control, and quality. OUR OFFERS Fixed term contract with application of CCNL AICA.
