Per la nostra società Russotti Gestioni Hotels stiamo ricercando un Revenue Manager che lavorerà per le 4strutture: Milan Marriott Hotel, Rome Marriott Park Hotel, Delta Hotel By Marriott Giardini Naxos e Ortea Palace Luxury. Principali compiti e responsabilità: - Massimizza revenue gestendo giornalmente la strategia tariffaria, inventory, domanda, forecasting e analisi del mercato - È in grado di identificare opportunità di revenue - Collabora alla stesura del budget ed al raggiungimento degli obiettivi - Elabora Strategie e quotazioni relative al segmento gruppi Competenze richieste: - Possiede forti doti relazionali ed analitiche - È in grado di comunicare in modo efficace - Mostra capacità di controllare ed esprimere le proprie emozioni e di gestire le relazioni interpersonali - Sa lavorare in team ed è disposto a mettersi in gioco per crescere - È orientato al risultato - Si adatta al cambiamento e partecipa a nuovi programmi e processi. Identifica quando è necessario un approccio diverso e offre una soluzione originale. Noi richiediamo: - 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione delle entrate o in aree professionali correlate - Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Powerpoint - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana e di una terza lingua - Familiarità con il software di prenotazione alberghiera Opera - Gradita conoscenza dei tool Marriott Località: Milano (MI) For our company Russotti Gestioni Hotels we are looking for a Revenue Manager who will work for the 4 facilities: Milan Marriott Hotel, Rome Marriott Park Hotel, Delta Hotel By Marriott Giardini Naxos and Ortea Palace Luxury. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Maximizes revenue by managing daily rate strategy, inventory, demand, forecasting and market analysis - Is able to identify revenue opportunities - Collaborates on budgeting and achieving goals - Develops Strategies and quotations related to the groups segment Required skills: - Possesses strong interpersonal and analytical skills - Is able to communicate effectively - Shows ability to control and express emotions and manage interpersonal relationships - Can work in a team and is willing to challenge oneself to grow - Is results oriented - Adapts to change and participates in new programs and processes. Identifies when a different approach is needed and offers an original solution.
