Ariston Group has embarked on a Digital Transformation Program that will bring a radical innovation across the entire value chain by bringing significant changes in the business processes through the adoption of digital technologies.
To make this all happen, our group is aiming at introducing new skills and expertise with a good mix of business understanding and technical know-how.
The Digital Career Program
The program is aimed at open-minded, ambitious and talented young graduates who want to start their career path in the digital world. They will support the development of new solutions and technologies to enable the Ariston Group digitalization in different digital areas (sales, services, supply chain, operations, finance, IoT, data management, cyber security & management, procurement & quality).
Participants will experience our corporate culture and values and they will:
• Be trained on business processes, IT and digital technologies and specific soft skills
• Be followed and supported by a dedicated tutor
• Experience how to work within digital transformation projects
