Responsibilities: The Chef de Partie will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and established recipes. Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes. Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service. Monitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Train and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills. Participate in the creation of new dishes and menues, contributing innovative ideas. Assist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency. Skills: To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: Chef de Partie experience in Hotel of same category. Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated. Experience in the Kitchen sector, or related professional area. Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred. Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
