We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher (mothertogue or bilingual) to join our bilingual school, which will also be an integral part of our educational project, Rootes School. The ideal candidate will foster a love of learning and support students in developing their English language skills in a vibrant, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging English language lessons that align with the school curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and adapt teaching materials and resources that promote bilingual education. - Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and respect for diverse cultures. - Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Education, English, or a related field. - Previous teaching experience, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural setting. - Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is an asset. - Teaching certification, CELTA and/or CELTYL, TEFL. Personal Attributes: - Enthusiastic and patient with a passion for teaching young learners. - Culturally sensitive and able to work effectively in a diverse environment. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
