About the Company

JYX GmbH in Bensheim(Germany) founded in 2022, is a sales office of the production company JYX Packaging, with headquarters in Dongguan China over 15 year, and further locations in Hongkong, the USA and from 2024 also in Indonesia. First-class quality, innovations and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging make us an ideal partner for private labels as well as well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. From now on, we will continuously expand these partnerships and success as a supplier of individually developed and produced packaging to meet customer needs in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.
  • Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China.
  • Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly.
  • Business travel to customer and to our market related fairs or events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the paper packaging industry (customers are from sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic/allocated country and in English
  • Solid computer skills using MS office software
  • Driving license
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
