The Transaction Services team is part of Deal Advisory, providing support in M&As, from the pre-deal evaluation to the post-deal integration or separation.

Our professionals assist national and international, large and mid cap private equity firms and corporate clients in identifying financial risks and opportunities of their acquisitions, sales and joint ventures, helping them in transactions such as buyouts and disposals.

When you join our team, you will be working closely with private equity houses, M&A advisors, entrepreneurs and managers at all levels. You will assist clients in corporate finance transactions, availing of digital AI tools and using technology in your day-to-day activities.

Come AsYou Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• a Master’s degree in Business (with a focus on accounting, management control and finance);
• 2 years’ experience in Transaction Services, Audit, Corporate Finance or similar;
• accounting skills and knowledge of the financial reporting standards (Italian Accounting Principles and IFRS);
• ability to analyse financial statements and solid analytical, mathematical, financial and accounting expertise;
• good knowledge of English.
