Junior Digital PR

We Are Busy is a Milan based fashion communication factory that offers its client a 360° communication consultancy finding in Events Management, Digital PR and Celebrity PR its core business. WAB works with both leading international brands and upcoming talents across fashion, beauty, music, food and travel. With an Italian based team able to work globally We Are Busy provides tailored business strategies to each client.

We are looking for a Junior Digital PR with a full-time availability to join us in our head office in Milan.

Requirements:

• You have a strong interest in Fashion and you have a basic knowledge of the industry;
• You must be active and responsible with an outstanding time management skills;
• You think outside the box and you don’t see problems but solutions;
• You have a strong work ethics and you are able to work in a team;
• You are able to work under pressure;
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design and use of Adobe Suite Package;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital PR.

Tasks:

• Support event management;
• Influencers and talents research;
• Manage Database;
• Schedule appointments, meet and greet costumers;
• Support the team in daily tasks: research, social media management, social media content development;
• Manage relationship with existing clients;
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
