MAIN TASKS

Component and subsystem design, virtual validation, development and release for new products (advanced, pre-development, production).

Support in Component and Subsystem validation plans, procedures, tracking and evaluation reporting.

Component and Subsystem design, virtual validation, development and release for quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives on current products.

Responsible for the evaluation and the problem resolution of the field failures on Components and Subsystems.

Support the Technical Leader in the assessment of the Supplier’s proposals (sourcing technical reviews, benchmarking, evaluation of new technologies, etc.).

Technical support to Supplier Quality during Project and Product Approval Process (PPAP).

Technology exchange inside company and with Suppliers.

Flexible and ready to move to different Sub-systems.

TECHINICAL AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

Master Degree : Engineering

Systems knowledge ( at least once) : Fuel Injection System, ECU development, SW development, Calibtration Engineer

Engine Development Overview.

Change Management Process.

Team Working.

Problem solving.

English fluent is a must

Italian (preferred but not mandatory)
