This is a highly autonomous, hands‑on technical role requiring both strategic perspective and deep system expertise. While closely partnering with business and leadership stakeholders, the CRM / Vault Manager serves as the primary Subject Matter Expert and System Architect for our Veeva ecosystem.
The role entails direct accountability for the technical integrity, performance, and evolution of Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault across EU and MEA markets.
Key aspects of the role include
Direct System Administration
Personally executing configuration, administration, and maintenance activities across CRM and Vault environments.
Advanced Technical Problem Solving
Independently managing and resolving complex L2–L3 issues, enhancements, and change requests with a solution‑oriented mindset.
End‑to‑End Platform Ownership
Ensuring robust system architecture, defining and implementing business rules, safeguarding data integrity and security, and maintaining full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Responsibilities include
Operations and support
Act as SME for
Veeva CRM and Vault
related technical and business topics
Support customer facing teams in EU-5 and key MEA countries in day‑to‑day CRM activities
Perform admin and configurations tasks, address and resolve issues, problems and change requests
Drive segmentation & targeting exercises with country commercial leadership, and if necessary, external consultants to ensure high quality impact of commercial team deployment,
Assess, monitor and continuously enhance user adoption towards CRM and promote digital engagement.
Enable tracking of key metrics for Commercial and Medical Excellence, provide leadership with periodic analytical progress reports and outcomes.
Project Management and Business Analysis
Strategic design and rollout of CRM and Vault systems across EU & MEA countries, support geographic and product portfolio expansion targets through re‑usable processes and ready‑to‑deploy systems
Interface between Menarini‑Stemline and CRM / Vault systems’ vendors and consultants,
Accountable for
Commercial and Medical CRM / Vault
activities including the set up of business rules, with strong cross‑functional collaboration with Medical and Market Access teams.
Collaborate with country teams, including leadership, towards optimization of CRM / Vault systems,
Propose and discuss with the leadership developments and upgrades of CRM / Vault system to ensure state of the art CRM / Vault systems in Menarini‑Stemline.
Training
Provide training and support to team members on CRM / Vault system usage and best practices.
Lead training and periodic refreshment of CRM / Vault tools for users,
Develop user guides and documentation to facilitate effective use of the CRM / Vault system.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CRM / Vault system and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
Implement best practices for CRM management to streamline operations and improve user experience.
Compliance and Security
Ensure CRM / Vault practices comply with policies and data protection regulations.
Skills / Knowledge
Degree (preferably in Marketing and Sales, Information Systems, Business Administration and related disciplines)
Min 3 years operational / technical experience with CRM and Vault systems, regional or global role is a plus,
Business proficiency in English, other languages German or Italian or French are a plus,
Experience with Pharmaceutical Oncology is a plus.
Veeva CRM / Vault certification is a plus
Technical Proficiency : Expertise in
CRM and Vault
systems, in particular
Veeva , and their application to the pharmaceutical industry.
Project management, business analysis and analytical capabilities. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Data Analysis : Strong skills in analysing data to drive decisions and improve CRM processes.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in data management and system administration.
Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication skills for training, support, and collaboration.
Problem‑Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM / Vault system. Experience in L2‑L3 support is a valuable plus.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Collaboration : Skilled in working with cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals.
