LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER

STAM is currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Lead Project Engineer to join our Defence team in Genoa and La Spezia .

MAIN ACTIVITIES

By joining the STAM Defence team, you will have the opportunity to work in the Defence field, supporting key LSA / ILS programme with the major players in the industrial landscape.

The Logistic Support Analysis Engineer will support the Programme Manager in the technical - management activities of the programme life cycle, such as analysis of contractual requirements definition, planning and verification of the progress of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and In Service Support (ISS) activities, provide Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAMT) studies.

The ideal candidate will have a good technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.

According to your skills and suitability, you will :

• Contribute to the setting up of the programme by supporting the Program Manager in analysing and verifying the contractual and quotation documents;
• Ensure and monitor compliance with the technical requirements of the programme, ensuring technical supervision during the entire life cycle of the order;
• Manage and contribute to the implementation of all ILS deliverables such as user manuals, spare parts, training courses, on-board services, information systems, interfacing with the actors and organisational units involved in the process;

Contribuite to theb preparation and updating of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAMTS) studies.

The role also requires the external interface with customers and suppliers of the equipment and systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor / master / PhD in a technical field (physics, mathematics, electronics, aerospace, computer science. computer engineering, etc.)

Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
