The Role

The HR Coordinator will support the HR team of the Italian Affiliate in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles at local level. The resource will be part of a dynamic and structured environment, actively collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to recruitment activities, TA projects, reporting and process optimization initiatives.

Key Performance Areas

Talent Acquisition

• Support in the definition of position briefs in alignment with Hiring Managers and external stakeholders;
• Active collaboration on shortlist identification, market mapping and role profiling;
• CV screening, first telephone interviews and participation in interviews with Hiring Managers;
• Candidate engagement and management throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience;
• Drafting and updating Job Descriptions in line with business needs and organizational standards;
• Support in managing relationships with Head Hunters and external recruitment agencies, including scouting of new potential partners.
