Pharma Point , on behalf of Androlabs , is seeking a Junior Brand Manager - Men's Health to support the rapid growth of a pioneering pharmaceutical company fully dedicated to men’s health. Founded in 2022 and already active across Europe, the UK, Australia and the Middle East, Androlabs is reshaping the traditional pharma model through science-led engagement, innovation, and a strong patient-focused mission.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Country Lead Italy, the Junior Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting and coordinating marketing activities, brand execution, event organisation, and analytical projects for the Italian market. The position requires daily interaction with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, medical, commercial) as well as with key external partners, including KOLs, scientific societies, agencies and regulatory bodies.
Main Responsibilities :
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Support the development, adaptation and approval of marketing materials in alignment with global guidelines and Italian market needs.
- Coordinate omnichannel initiatives, ensuring timely execution across digital platforms and field-facing activities.
- Manage the Italian LinkedIn company presence and updates to local website pages, ensuring consistent and compliant communication.
- Conduct market research and competitor analyses, evaluating insights and data partnerships (e.g. IQVIA) to enhance local strategic decisions.
- Contribute to new product launch evaluations and participate in portfolio review meetings.
Congress & Event Management
Liaise with KOLs, physicians, scientific societies and agencies to plan and coordinate national and regional congresses.Manage all event-related activities, including logistics, materials, communication flow and on-site coordination when needed.Data & Market Analysis
Analyse sales reports and performance dashboards, providing insights to internal stakeholders.Prepare regular updates on market trends, brand KPIs, and competitive landscape for internal review.Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain ongoing communication with KOLs and healthcare professionals to gather feedback and ensure strong market presence.Support meetings with scientific societies and evaluate project proposals for alignment with brand strategy.Regulatory Support & Compliance
Act as the local point of contact for regulatory interactions, ensuring proper coordination with the Regulatory team.Support AIFA submissions, annual and mid-year reporting activities, and ensure fee payments and documentation are handled on time.Guarantee adherence to company policies, brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across all marketing materials.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or related field.1–3 years of experience in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in prescription medicines).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English .Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with KOLs, HCPs and cross-functional internal teams.Solid understanding of Italian regulatory processes (AIFA).Strong analytical mindset and experience with sales reporting and market analysis.Confidence with digital tools, CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), basic content editing, and website / social media management platforms.What Androlabs Offers :
