To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Senior Software Tester with strong analytical skills, a passion for software quality, and experience in validating complex enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in manual and automated testing, strong knowledge of testing strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.

As a Senior Tester, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest quality standards across all delivery phases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for complex enterprise applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Participate in analysis, refinement, and review sessions with development and product teams
• Analyze requirements and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential areas of risk
• Collaborate daily with global teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of testing processes, standards, and best practices
• Support the adoption of automation frameworks and maintain automated test suites
• Document defects clearly, track progress, and verify resolutions
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the QA Community of Practice
