Your responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis for the legal entity ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making collaborating with senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes for the entity aligning with corporate targets and supporting audits to ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs leveraging automation.
• Professional leadership of the finance teams ensuring continuous development of the employees.
